Does this program give the same swept answers backwards as forwards?
settledSweep’s saving comes from not restarting, which makes it order-dependent for any
circuit carrying state across a control change. This is the check: sweep the points, sweep them
reversed, and compare the levels. false means the packet needs independent renders.
